I designed and facilitated a structured training series for eight distinct BAC positions to ensure role clarity, operational consistency, and leadership development across the board. Each training was tailored to the responsibilities, decision-making authority, and collaborative expectations of the role.
The goal was to create a sustainable leadership pipeline by equipping each member with the tools, frameworks, and communication standards necessary to operate effectively and cohesively.
