As an Assistant Day-Of Coordinator with A Visual Inspiration, I supported the execution of Alyssa and Matthew’s wedding on August 30, 2025, helping manage a 250-guest celebration with a 2- person coordination team. My role focused on organizing family members for formal photos, maintaining communication with the DJ to keep the timeline on track, assisting with décor setup and breakdown, and collaborating with vendors to ensure every detail came together smoothly. The experience strengthened my ability to stay adaptable, anticipate needs, and support a seamless event experience from start to finish.
